Newsletter form in pop-up?

Hi, nice little app. I found you guys through a Digital Point forums post.

I would like to create a newsletter signup like the one found on the front page of adimpact.com. Ideally, the form would be included in the original post-it note style pop up. So, instead of just text and links in the pop-up, there are two form fields (name) (email) and a submit button that when clicked brings up thank you text in the post-it pop-up, or pops a separate thank you window.

Looks like through the interface I can only add text links.  Ideas?  Thanks.
